Malachite is a small, specialized company maintaining only a
tiny nucleus of permanent staff. As such, we are only able to offer
employment on a project by project basis, as and when needed to service
commissions from broadcasters or corporations. |

We try to work with the smallest crew that can do the job
efficiently, so as to make the least possible intrusion on the subject.
And we usually work with our own 'family' of key technicians. |

However, there are sometimes opportunities if one of them is
not available, or we need the particular skills of, say, a music composer
or multi-media designer. |
 |
We do like to know who is out there so if you have
specialist skills, it's always worth sending us your details to keep on
file. Regrettably there are almost no vacancies for beginners,
college-leavers, or for 'on-the-job' training. |
